At Basket & Bow, every gift is thoughtfully curated and custom-assembled with care. Because our baskets are made to order and often include perishable or limited-availability items, we want to be transparent about how refunds and exchanges work. Your happiness matters, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Refunds: sales are final once a basket has been created.
Because each gift is custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or after the order has been completed.
If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during delivery or an error on our part—please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your basket. We’ll review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement basket or store credit.
Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our baskets and the perishable items inside, we do not offer traditional exchanges.
If your basket arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly remake or replace it once we receive photos and details of the issue.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as your basket has not yet been started.
Once assembly begins, cancellations are no longer available.
Item Availability: We do our best to match every item shown or listed; however, containers and certain products may vary depending on availability. If substitutions are needed, they will always be of equal or greater value and chosen to complement your basket’s theme.
Shipping Issues: We carefully package each basket for safe transit, but once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
Local Delivery and Pickup: If you choose local delivery or pickup, please ensure someone is available to receive any basket containing perishable items. We cannot refund baskets left unretrieved.
